The idiot who wrote the last posting, and goes by the name of "Mr. Smith" first of all can't spell!!! and second of all, no one at that office themselves gets the customer's cars. the people that work here have no idea what customer service means! i called in to let them know i would be 2 days late. those two days were the worst 2 days of my life. the first day i got 3 fone calls from "sanya" stating i need to make payment of my car was going to be picked up that evening. i cald her back and told her i called and would be in the next day she said yeah i saw that, it doesn't matter you have a due date for a reason and i better borrow the money from somebody or else!!!! i of course didn't, than the next... read more
