I notified them and I was told the balance of her account would go to her two brothers because she didn’t designate a beneficiary. 6 months later they state the special needs trust gets 25% because of some obscure state law. They only told us this because the Administrator of her Estate demanded numbers. Truthfulness=0, transparency=0.
