My child had not yet received their yearbook even by the last day of school. I contacted Midwest Scholastic and they could see there was two orders. I had ordered twice by mistake. They directed me to contact the school as all the books were dropped off. We just went to the school and picked up one copy and I was refunded immediately for the accidental order. Great customer service with thorough follow through. Thank you

Bought a tassel paid on-line. When my kid went to pick it up, he was told he needed to pay for it there or he couldn't get it. When I emailed the company, they told me it was for a STOLE that was required. I emailed them back and said we never received the STOLE. The emailed again and said they pass them out at graduation. Obviously I didn't know they needed a STOLE as well or that it would get passed out at the graduation. ZERO stars (Google makes you put 1 star in order to submit, but this company doesn't deserve even that!) The catalog and a flyer for class rings came home with a promise of a free 'Class of' sweatshirt (see pic). Ordered a ring, didn't get a sweatshirt. Emailed to ask why/where it was, and was told the order had to be placed by a certain date and submitted on paper through the school. Nowhere on the flyer does it say any of that. We ordered the usual graduation gear along with the sweatpants. Haven't gotten the grad gown yet, but the sweatpants are great quality, heavy wieght fabric- fits well - not sloppy. A simple 2022 logo is on the hip. Exceeded expectations.
