Horrible service. Lies upon lies when you talk to them. it's NEVER their fault when your cable goes out on a regular basis but they still charge you $80 to come to the apartment building and re-connect their cables inside of their box. Complete rip off & very unethical practices. They know their equipment is bad and the set up is bad so they suggest the $5 per month line insurance. Buy it or else! They are quite happy to take your money then they stop disconnecting you
On 11-29-2017 I had Midwest Satellites install Dish Network at my home. The installer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He got the service up and running in no time at all. He was very thorough in explaining the new system as I was a Directv customer for over 15 years. I would highly recommend Midwest Satellites for your satellite needs.
Avoid at all costs, their equipment constantly fails. They try to say it is not their problem, instructed to call Directv and say that the receiver is bad. That way they can charge DirecTV when they come out to fix their equipment. Scam artist, buy your service direct from DirecTv. Contract with Midwest and you will not have a working system without paying service calls.
I have always experienced prompt service, and the staff has always been very helpful in answering my questions and exploring my options!
