I chose LOPT Ashland for my clinical physical therapy needs following my total knee revision. My physical therapist was Mike. The first day I arrived for my initial evaluation I told Mike that I wanted to be pushed. I wanted to get the most out of my six weeks of pt at three times a week. The staff at LOPT Ashland are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. I just graduated after doing almost four months of physical therapy with them, after breaking my tailbone and injuring my SI joint, and I’m kind of sad about it (not that I’m still in pain) because they have really welcomed me to this small town that I moved to less than a year ago. I had rotator surgery and a knee replacement this year. Austin and his team did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable and encouraging through the entire process. The location at Speedway was very convenient and expedited my recovery since I was also a member of the gym, which allowed me to do additional physical therapy on my own. Love the staff in Ashland, and having a facility like this available to our growing town. Mike and Chelsea have worked hard and diligently to get the range of motion and strength in my shoulder and forearm. My shoulder and forearm are as close to perfect as possible. I am able to continue with most normal activities. They know when to push harder and increase exercises in order to keep seeing improvement.
