Awesome job on refurbishing my wedding album. It looks better than the day we received it 40 years ago!

I’ve never dealt with someone as rude as Danielle. They printed my logo on a box upside down, and instead of apologizing she mentioned all the things I’ve done wrong in placing the order. I was politely trying to give her feedback as a client and suggested ways to make their website ordering more user friendly and she said: ‘ don’t tell me what to do with my website’. When I asked to speak to her boss she refused to give me his email address or phone number. Horrible customer service! I’ll NEVER order from them again.
