poor management definitely
Stock your damn cooler!!! I come in there every day to buy the same 2 yellow red bulls and have to keep asking for someone to go into the cooler and grab it since they don't stock their cooler. Today the older lady at the register told me no one help me so I had ti go make my purchase at Rocket.
