Update: After posting my original review, Dylan from Midwest Moving Company reached out personally, took responsibility for the issues with my move, and sent a $500 reimbursement via Venmo as a goodwill gesture. He handled the follow-up with sincerity and professionalism, and I appreciate that the company ultimately made things right. If I could give Midwest movers zero stars I would. multiple broken items they also broke heirlooms. I also paid for the insurance but they didn't even repair anything or offer to fix anything. They also quoted me a price and then after the unload of my items they wanted to up charge me $1300 more than what they quoted me. Never ever again would I ever use this place for moving. Don't use them they also have very disrespectful employees.

If you ever have to call this place and talk with them about a move they have made for you, it is horrible. They are rude, short and disrespectful. Unbelievable that someone answering the phone for this company can treat people that way. This was so uncalled for and they better figure out that people will have questions and find a better way in handling them. Horrible.
They-were very nice but when we got to my new place things were just dropped my things kind of wherever without it a care well one of the 3 did that so that made it difficult for me to get around after they left. They were in time coming at noon and left at 3:35. They wrapped items and they were very careful. They worked at a slow steady pace.
