They are delivering my stuff for 3 years. There were a couple of misunderstandings but in general they are very good. All drivers are very helpful.

This company is not the one to choose! When you call they just hang up on you. Whoever answers the phone needs to be fired and replaced with someone that will do there job. Do not ship through this company. The omaha location is the worst.

If you're looking into this business in an effort to decide if you should work there, do not do it. They do not have the money for new people and even if they do right now, they won't later. It isn't worth it. I would suggest a different shipping terminal other than MME or AAA Cooper as well for your transit/shipping needs. They are unorganized and unable to follow through with customer needs due to management issues.

So glad Pitt Ohio is dropping this shipping company. Our freight has been there sitting waiting to get unloaded for three days they told Pitt Ohio we would have it no later than Friday and they’re not even unloading it until Friday so we lose almost a week worth of having product.
