As a prerequisite, it’s extremely difficult to get five stars, that means the establishment would be running perfectly… With that being said, I’ve been in the trucking industry for 14 1/2 years. I’ve been here at Midwest Motor Express (MME) for about 2 1/2. I have previous experience at XPO logistics, FedEx Freight, and SAIA. They are delivering my stuff for 3 years. There were a couple of misunderstandings but in general they are very good. All drivers are very helpful.

This company is not the one to choose! When you call they just hang up on you. Whoever answers the phone needs to be fired and replaced with someone that will do there job. Do not ship through this company. The omaha location is the worst.

If you're looking into this business in an effort to decide if you should work there, do not do it. They do not have the money for new people and even if they do right now, they won't later. It isn't worth it. I would suggest a different shipping terminal other than MME or AAA Cooper as well for your transit/shipping needs. They are unorganized and unable to follow through with customer needs due to management issues.
