Worst company ever!! Been tying to get a refund back for a closed account over a month now& nothing. They either won’t answer, leave me on hold, or won’t even respond back. Even spoke to the owner& assured me he’d refund my account but never did.Take your buisness else where!! Very unprofessional!!!
Had a great experience with this processing company. I switched about a year ago and they helped me eliminate my processing fees. When my power went out, they provided me a temporary machine to still take payments. Great service and appreciate them always answering my phone calls.
I have two businesses and they were able to set me up with two clover devices. I now can see all my sales from a dashboard application through Clover. They also have their own dashboard which has helped me with seeing deposits, batches and disputes. Technology that has helped me be more efficient at work.
We just opened a merchant account with Midwest last month. They made the process and setup very easy and simple while keeping us updated at all times during the process. We also had a few technical issues and customer support has been phenomenal! You will be in good hands with this company. Highly recommend!!!
