Been a member at the Granite City location forever, I had to cash a payroll check at a sister bank and they gave me trouble. I got a hold of Pam, the manager at the Maryville location and she got me taken care right away, right as I was pulling into work. Turned what seemed like a bad day into a good day. Thanks Pam!
