VERY PROFESSIONAL ,
Charlie is a nice guy. I had a follow-up appointment with him today. He is charging me $65.00 for maybe a 5 minute visit. Apparently he has been so busy for the last 4 months or so as to remind me. And because of this I won't be coming back. Sorry Charlie , you r a nice guy, but you should have known by now not to surprise me with that kind of bill. What you did if anything in that 5 minutes you was out of the room Was not worth the $260.00 per hr. your charging me.
Just completed my exam and decided to buy hearing aids - will be delivered in two weeks. I felt the exam was thorough. I felt like the audiologist listened to me and addressed my questions and concerns. Overall, I was pleased with the procedure but will withhold final judgment until I get the hearing aids and find out if they actually help me. Update-happy with the hearing aids.
