This place is terrible. I have attempted to pay a bill, twice, by calling and providing my card information. I got a call over a week after I provided the information the first time that the card numbers were "wrong" and even after I provded the numbers again, my card still has not been charged. With the hours this place keeps, 0730-1130 and 1230-330 Mon - Thur and no calls on Friday, is it almost impossible for anyone with any semblenace of work/life to call -- I do not like to make personal calls from work. I just got a bill from them that my doctor didnt get a claim paid. They told me to call Midwest. I called them, long distance, and heard a recording that they are out to lunch from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm. What? I just placed a long distance call for nothing. I do not see a website address on their bill or a way to email them. They clearly didnt bill for my last appointment. Ill get it straightened out but it just looks bad that they have such a limited window of time to contact them. Once you call, there is no way to leave ... read more

This business is unbelievable! I called to cancel on the day of my sleep study because I was sick. I did not know that they stop taking calls at 2:00! What business closes at 2:00! Then they sent me a no cancellation bill for \$125.00! Dont use this office for your sleep study!!!
completely misbilled my insurance claim, business hours only until 3:30 and no way to leave a message. Poor quality and unprofessional customer service
