I called MMB, concerning a billing issue with my insurance. The gentlemen I spoke to was very helpful, called my insurance company and got my claim paid. I was very impressed with the time and effort he took.
Called at 12:35 to make payment, continous looping voice mail for 25 minutes so far! Closed for lunch from 11:30 -12:30 hold. now 1:02pm. I think the staff have figured out a way to avoid doing business over the phone. This is the third time the staff has "forgotten" to remove the looping message. Press 1 to if you are a physican disconnect the call. Now 1:07 pm and holding.....holding...........hold on they must be on WestCoast time!
