Promissed to deliver 4 times and then ghosted me.Then finally delivered June 12th and said if I did nor take it today it would take a month to get back to us. Extreamly unhappy.
Totally unreliable. Drove an hour and a half to meet Brian to put in my pontoon. He never showed. When I finally was able to get ahold of him - his excuse was “he forgot” supposedly got caught up in job. Honestly, no way to run a business. Would avoid this business.
I purchased a boat lift and also had some dock work done by Midwest Marine Supplies. It was a fantastic experience. They were reliable, great communication, and did great work. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any future needs.
Dave and team were very helpful and responsive. They delivered right to the shore and took time to look at my dock situation and recommend the best set up. Afterwards, Dave called me to help me with any questions I had about the installation. Very happy!!!
