Bonnie is incredibly rude. I told her I got a text about someone using my card and asked her what I should do next. She snarkily said to respond to the text. I said I had done that already and needed to know if I needed a new card or what to do next. She said it was the weekend and to just get through the weekend and see what happens because the texts are there to stop things from happening in the first place.
