I have banked with MHB for 10+ years. I got a fraudulent charge on my account of $89. I filled out the paperwork and they removed it. Couple weeks later they charged it back and sent me mail with a copy of front package saying it was shipped to us. We never ordered it or got anything in the mail. It was from China. I left a voicemail with manager Jerry King and a week later no response. I sadly ended up closing my account today.

Strange new policies or casual racial profiling? I've had a checking account since I was 16 and I've never been asked whether a deposit in my own account was a welfare check before. I come in to deposit a check (tuition reimbursement) from my college and was asked if it was a welfare check (it said on the check where it was from) and then get the third degree about what college I attend.
