I took the hearing aids back. I told Josh I did not feel he behaved professionally. I told him I didn't feel he explained the adjustment bands of hearing aids regarding price and how they function. I called another Midwest location and rescheduled an appointment with them and I told them I was unhappy and why. He told me he didn't appreciate me telling them I was unhappy. He got mad and said "You're the kind of customer I don't want". He was still yelling at me as I walked out the door.
