I recently completed the Golf Performance Assessment with Dr. Adam. Dr. Adam Love's evaluation process and plan to achieve goals based on the evaluation provides confidence that my goals are obtainable.
Met with Ashley for a body and swing analysis. The body analysis identified key areas where I lacked mobility that would hurt my strength and control. Then the swing analysis confirmed it! I am super excited to be on a journey back to a more athletic swing that will allow me to play better golf!
Dr. Ashley and Dr. Adam are a great team at Midwest Golf Performance. They helped me identify areas of physical improvement. More importantly, they got down to the root of the problem, worked on fixing the pain/flexibility restraints, and gave me the tools to stay healthy and injury-free.
