Disappointed with this company and their support. They offer a manufacturing warranty and then they didn't honor it. We bought a couch and within a week one of the springs started sagging to the point of you would lean heavily to the right if you sat in that part of the couch. You wouldn't buy a couch if you sat on the couch in the show room and you felt that sag. why would it be different a week after they delivered it? Customer called and emailed ** in regards to an issue they were having with their sofa. We sent out a technician that works directly with the manufacturer to inspect/repair. Technician stated that this item was up to manufacturer spec. The tech sent the report directly to us and the manufacturer. Customer then called back a couple of weeks later and stated there was something wrong with the arm and as well pointed out there was still something wrong with the frame of the sofa.Again we sent out a technician that works for the... read more
Horrible place Furniture was falling apart within 6 months They sold me extended warranty assuring me if I had any issues it would be honored I have filed 3 claims all get denied I reached out to furniture liquidators for help because they sold me this crap furniture and warranty. They said they would get back to me I have messaged them multiple times they read it and ignore me
