RecommendedMoving to a property with well water, septic system and propane has been an adjustment for someone raised in town. They have been wonderful and patient with someone like me. Always pleasant and kind, and the only company who took my first surprise propane outage seriously. They have won my loyalty!
RecommendedCory Haupt went above and beyond to help us out. We ran out of wood pellets for our stove (our heat source), and when everyone else had none (and the coop closed) Cory came in just to sell us some with the impending bad weather. This is true customer service! I will be coming here to get my pellets, and anything else I might need from this coop. Thank you Cory.
RecommendedA huge shout out to Midwest Farmers Coop and their team! We ran out of propane at 2 a.m. Friday and upon calling Keith Vokler, they were able to get a truck out by 3:30! Your driver was so apologetic and kind even after getting called out of bed. We can’t thank you enough for coming to our aid! You guys ROCK!
