New location in Elk Grove Village vs old one in Des Plaines. Broker did not update their pickup address and wasted my time going past Elk Grove and then back down to Elk Grove. 30 minutes total lost + fuel. Then while at the correct pickup address, lady at check in window said freight is not available or released. Rejection form given.
