My sister at a young age 52 years. Was at Midwest Convenient Home. Here’s some examples of what she endured. She pushed the button to go to the restroom. They did not come. When they finally arrived, she told them she couldn’t wait 40 Plus minutes. The response she got was just pee in your pants. Then a week later, she had been weak, but she pushed herself down the hall in her wheelchair, and I videoed it and we were celebrating. We were showing the nurse -she said she didn’t care.
