We used Midwest Coach for our wedding and it was a 5 star experience. Mel was easy to get in touch with when we were working through our timeline and Deonte, our driver, was early to arrive and right on time for our drop offs and pick ups. Would absolutely suggest them for your needs!

We used Midwest for a 12 person party bus to go from our home to dinner and a musical in Chicago. Everything was great but our driver, Emmanuel, was exceptional. He offered to use the bus to move us from dinner to the theater and he also offered to make a stop on the way home to drop off some our kids who live in oak park. These items were not part of the official itinerary. It is that kind of extra courtesy that you get from a local business. Will use again for the next event.

Deonte was a fabulous driver and Mel was so easy to work with! I booked a 34 person bus for my husband’s 40th birthday party. Not only were they the easiest to work with but also the most reasonable price. It was very easy to coordinate, the bus was in great shape and clean, and the communication was great. I called 7 different services before landing on Midwest and I’m so glad I did! 100% will use again.

I have used this company a few times any time I’ve needed a limo. I have to say. They are on point with their customer service to the quality of their vehicles. Also their drivers are always very friendly and prompt when it comes to time. Would definitely recommend this company.
