After a drop, my Canon EF 100-400L had to have focusing repaired. Got it back a few days ago, and I actually think it works better than new. The focus is outstanding, and they got rid of a rattle that I had lived with since it was new. While it did take a while (understandable given current circumstances), I would send any future repairs there without hesitation. Highly recommend.

2nd time I’ve used them, 1st was excellent. They are pleasant and courteous, immediately checked my equipment and gave an exact description of problem and cost of repairs...reasonable time estimated for repair.

My D5300 had an "Error, Press shutter release button again". Looked at the the mirror and it won't retract. Read online hints and they didn't help. Emailed them and got an estimate for the repair. Took the camera in because I live somewhat close to the store. One of the employees took the camera into the back room and I went outside for a while she helped another customer. When I came back in, she handed me my camera and said they had unstuck the mirror and their would be no charge. Needless to say that came in way under the... read more
