I lived in KC for 3 years and enjoyed MN’s services. I kept their services and have used them since even when i moved to Minnesota. I’ve used them since 2005. They’ve been amazing and their pricing is very reasonable. Thanks Janet and Melissa. Update: Moved away. Rates tripled a year ago as i think they went more business driven vs single taxpayer. Had to drop them and try doing it myself.
They did our taxes for 10+ years and provided great service, and prices were reasonable. Since the new owner has taken over, prices have significantly increased, and the new owner and staff are extremely rude. We went to a different firm this year and realized how much we were overpaying.
Raised their prices too high on longtime customers. I didn't think these folks would be among those fleecing the working class. Thanks for your greed!
