Fantastic repair service. The previous owner of our home bought Hunter Douglas blinds 10 years ago from Midwest Blinds and they repaired them very quickly today for us … and at no charge since Hunter Douglas has a lifetime warranty. Can’t beat that for quality and service. How wonderful !!
Returned with blind that had a broken wand. Russell took a look at to check to make sure he had the needed part and told me it should only take half an hour. As promised he called within the promised time while I was doing errands nearby. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
