Called on Monday and left a message - and also went on line to file out a request to have someone call me back regarding a warranty issue. Its Wednesday -- no one has returned my call -- so I called back today.........I was already annoyed that they never called me back --its been 48 hours -- annoyed that the blind cord broke in a little over a year on a window that is hardly used, then annoyed at their hours of service and more annoyed that they don't even do the repair. I have brought 2 Hunter Douglas shades here for repair. Kathy was very nice and looked at the shade while I waited. She actually fixed it right then in a matter of 10 minutes! Very happy with the service!
Alittle hard to find, but their service is great. Very accommodating and very friendly.
