Midwest BankCentre issued a check that indicated the check was payable at Midwest BankCentre. Upon arrival to cash the check, there was no one in the lobby but a lot of laughter and people having fun in a back room. I rang a bell and waited several minutes before being met by someone that looked like I was interrupting his day.
