This was my very first experience with Midwest Bank Centre and there will not be another. I’m a business owner who needed to open a business checking account, but the bad attitude from the woman inside completely turned me off. She treated me like I was a bother, did not answer questions fully, never once said please or thank you, and seemed relieved when I had to leave without opening an account due to missing a small requirement that was not discovered until the end of our unpleasant 10 minute exchange. I was completely stereotyped and racially humiliated literally within the 10 minutes from me walking in and sitting down!! It’s so sickening how ignorant people can still be in this day and age!
