During the time I've been a patron of Midwest Bank, my needs have changed. Each employee has been kind and intuitive. They are always ready to serve, and very informative. I appreciate their professionalism, no matter the reason I come through their doors.
This bank over the years has helped me more than once. In 2017 I purchased some property in Custer, SD. With the money transferred to the realtor and helped with the closing, I got the job done. 2026 I had to open a new account at Midwest Bank; I had someone trying to write checks on my account. They help updated my account information with the debits and credits. Also, with law.
We banked at Creighton for years. But we no longer live in Nebraska. Haven't had an account for about 10 years. Sorry. We bank elsewhere. Minus points to you for not keeping up to date.
Stuck up and always ready to fight customers before even being clear on their intentions. I walked in with a midwest bank payroll check issued to me, and before i even finished the first part of my request to have it cashed, i was loudly interrupted by the clerk raising her voice to say we dont cash checks here. I looked at her sarcastically and said "u cant cash a midwest check in this midwest bank?"
