Went into this Midwest branch today with a slightly complicated banking transaction. After the mute teller who communicated by writing, was unable to help me and wasted much of my time writing in a tablet so I could read what she had to say (very annoying). I was directed to Personal Banker “Carla.” After admitting that she did not know the regulations regarding my transaction, Carla pulled out a notebook with the relevant regulations. She did not bother to read her regulations. Instead she told me I needed to hire a lawyer.... read more
