Do not go here my boat wasn't running right they had it for a month no calls no return calls. I finally get the boat back took it to wisconsin, it's bogging out, burning lots of gas he did not tell me what was even wrong with it $700 later. Still not fixed. They don't know what they are doing. Stay away
There was a dead racoon in our pontoon when we removed the shrinkwrap and it ruined the carpet and left a terrible smell! Midwest Boat Service was great. They came to our house, showed us samples and said they could remove the fencing and furniture and replace the flooring and put a rush on it. Well, THEY SURE DID. They came and picked up our pontoon and returned it in about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. We were shocked since we all know boat repair shops are very busy this time of year. These guys did great. Dave communicated both via email and phone at nearly every step for our service. Stayed late to make sure it was good for pickup before the weekend. And made sure to leave my spare parts and lubricants in the boat for us. Storage pricing is fair. Will use their services again in the future.
I couldn’t have been more happy with Dave. He is very knowledgeable & empathetic. He has a lot of friends in all different types of industries and, is willing to help anyone in need of fixing a boat or anything. His service is absolutely excellent. The prices are excellent.
