I have changed my review since the last. This is a fine financial institution that takes care of their customers. I had an issue at first but things are corrected and again a fine place to put your money and get loans.
Courtney was very helpful during the transaction.
I enjoyed their service up until this point, they cost me money. I specifically had my account set up where as if there is an auto payment and not enough money in the account to cover it then the auto payment does not happen. But now they did it to me twice in 2 days by doing exactly what they were not supposed to do. I would not recommend this credit union to anybody. When I called to ask why it happened all I got was excuses and told it is what it is basically.
This company fosters a highly toxic work environment, with inconsistent policy enforcement, blatant disregard for employee concerns, and a culture of unprofessionalism, leading to a disturbingly high turnover rate. My experience included witnessing bullying, inappropriate monitoring of customer accounts, and a lack of accountability for serious issues like fraudulent check cashing, making it a place I strongly advise against for both employment and banking services.
