I am very impressed with this branch, and the management in particullar. I have had issues that have ranged from small questions to electronic card theft and the guidance and assistance I have recieved has been above and beyond expected. Mr. Dale Hawkey has been a pleasure to work with and customer care is unmatched.

The online banking site is horrible. You cannot have MS Money automatically download statements. You cannot get more than 1-2 months of statements. The comments pages often do not work. The site is horribly designed, you cannot use forward/back buttons. The site is often down, especially on Sundays. The only reason that I have stayed with Bank Midwest is the late hours that some branches are open. That is becoming less and less important. I am going to another bank. How about they stop spending money on high-priced endorseme... read more
