I wanted to return the scrubs I brought. I can't return them when they are unworn, I had the tags even if its not on it, and in those 30 day period. I emailed the sales they never returned my email in a week or two.
Top notch experience. They knew what I needed. Helped find an appropriate size in minutes. Quick effective in one shot. A lot better than shopping online!
My daughter tried on scrubs in the store for size and had them order the same ones in a different color and they didn't fit apparently defective. I tried to return them and they wouldn't due to the tags were with them not on them. The manager said it's a strict policy. Customer satisfaction means nothing. Luckily there are places that have no hassle returns that want my business.
