This place is a joke . Their customer service lady is clueless about explaining her job.
It is outrageous what they now charge for a 60-day cycle. They constantly are raising their rates to the point that sewer bill now is higher than water or electric. It is disturbing that they are allowed to increase their rates so frequently and so much. I wish homeowners would have a choice to obtain sewage service elsewhere. Also, they are the only utility company that does not allow a seasonal hold or a hardship discount.
They leak sewage into the sound and surrounding creeks WEEKLY
