Bought some fish and chips ($22) out of the bane maree thinking they would be fresh. Paid $22 and they were cold greasy and disgusting. Took the $5 chips back as they were inedible. Hung back bcos it was busy then asked if i could have some fresh ones only to be told by the owner not to be rude and that ‘its pretty obvious they were in a warmer and we could have got them freshly cooked’! Sorry but im not a mind reader and i wasnt rude.

I have just been to this store and I asked for a fish cake and a handful of chips which were in the bay maree I counted 18 chips in my ‘handful’ and was charged $3.00 The fish cake was also $3 The chips were stale and barely warm .. Tbey tasted as tho they were a day old or more and re-heated, the fish cake was equally as dry, barely warm & I may as well chewed on cardboard paper. This was a lucky stop! I had a hamburger in batter and a dim sim. I could've bought a lot more but geez, gotta stop somewhere. Sooooo much to choose from, salad rolls, cakes. Go in and give it a try, you'll love it!
