I’ve been renting from Midway Car Rental for the past six years and have consistently referred friends, family, and my beach-rental guests in Santa Monica. Unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing. Because of frequent staff changes I often feel as though I’m treated like a first-time customer despite being a loyal customer for many years.
