I've never written a review for a car hire place before, and this is not a prompted review either. This place is easy to book, super friendly and helpful, excellent value, very efficient, lovely cars. Upgrade as our booked car was unavailable, hence ridiculously, as opposed to merely very, good value.
Excellent service from the entire team—they always assist me whenever I need a vehicle, especially for my trips. Spencer went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my rental. I highly recommend Midway Santa Monica in particular.
It was a very busy week for this company. I understand it was beyond busy. I rarely write a review but their manager Yeimi really stepped up & helped me. My trip would have been almost a disaster. She made it work & was so nice & calm under all the stress they probably they were going through. I ended up getting just what I wanted because of her! Thanks Yeimi!!!
