Ive been looking for an eye doctor since Ive moved to town and I stumbled across Midtown Vision Center on Pio Nono. When I walked in evryone said welcome to Midtown, I have to admit, it was a little overwhelming. The staff was warm and the doctor was amazing. He explained everything in great detail and told me exactly what I needed to do for the dry eye that Ive been experiencing. As I read the earlier reviews, I wasnt sure if I was in the same place, but this place was great. I will recommend Dr Beverly to everyone I know.
tried them last year. They kept giving me the run around. Just called them again to give them the benefit of the doubt. Still no change a year later. Glasses are cheap and break easy and the office staff has no clue what they are doing. I never write reviews however, I feel the need to do so now. I would not waste my time with this location again. Was not worth the time nor effort.
i was a customer at this location some months ago and left my glasses and the personel there cant locate my chart or my glasses that were left there. i gave them a whole week to find my glasses, so i have no choice but to file a suite against rhema in order to get a refund. the staff there were not helpful in trying to assist me i ask to get the district phone number they refused to give it to me, i asked to speak with the office manager she was busy, i left my number and she didt call back. i am very upset. since the eyecen... read more
