Same issue as many people having, ordered umbrellas a month ago and still no product. No answers from customer service, no emails, no tracking numbers…. Horrible service and good companies don’t allow this to happen… follow up for goodness sake…
I am always a little wary of companies who first appear through Insta or FB but I checked out the reviews of Midtown and ordered. The base and umbrella arrived quickly and were more solidly constructed than I could have hoped and was impressed. Sadly once I filled the base with water it started leaking and I honestly expected it to be a pain to get fixed - how wrong could I be !
