Terrible communication. Ordered two umbrellas and wasn't told the product was out of stock, so they sent a temporary colour. 37 weeks later and still no replacement. We have called them dozens of times and emailed them countless times as well. They will either not respond or just send us an AI email with a new, inaccurate date for the product. Please avoid this company and look for alternatives!
