I ordered the lean market umbrella. The umbrella itself is great. My problem is with the canvas color. I ordered Sunbrella color Aruba. The color I received doesn’t match the color represented on their website and doesn’t match a Cantilever umbrella I bought from another company. I will point out, before I ordered the umbrella, I reviewed the color choices on Midtown’s website, chose Aruba and reviewed the pictures to confirm it would match my Cantilever umbrella. 1. Terrible communication. Ordered two umbrellas and wasn't told the product was out of stock, so they sent a temporary colour. 37 weeks later and still no replacement. We have called them dozens of times and emailed them countless times as well. They will either not respond or just send us an AI email with a new, inaccurate date for the product. Please avoid this company and look for alternatives!
