This company is the absolute worst. There is no costumer service. No one answers the phone. If you meed to return something the website does not allow you to do it unless you call them and no one answers the phone. Took me almost the 30 days return period. to get someone to answer. I got someone on the line on the 29th day and shipped my purchase back that same day it has now been 3 more weeks and I still don’t have my refund. Now cant get anyone on the phone again.
THE WORST. Worst experience I've ever had... It said it shipped out 1 week ago - tracking says it is still at their facility. Midtown Umbrellas haven't reached out to me after 5 emails over the course of 2 weeks. You will be on eternal holds - multiple times have called them and stayed on "Hold" for over 30 minutes. The 5 star reviews are FAKE - this is a SCAM company. Reporting to BBB & FTC - order here to waste time and lock up capital for no reason.,
Customer service, attention to detail & the end goal was to make sure all details were taken care of. Family owned & I am a repeat client who pays attention to independent ownership, especially in this country. They are true to their family commitment, thank you! I recommend them to anyone shopping for quality outdoor products.
