I’ve been buying yummy balsamic vinegars and olive oils from Midtown for many years. They’re moving so I had bottles shipped to my cousin instead of flying with it this time. Everything went splendidly until UPS was sneaky and repackaged when they broke a bottle. Didn’t say anything. How they broke it with all the bubble wrap and packaging materials. Recently, I went to the Raleigh location only to find out it had moved. I called the number on their website and a friendly woman answered. She said they were in the process of moving to a new location and the store was under construction. But she offered to take my order over the phone, pull it from stock and bring it to me.
