I like to address the insolence and unpunctuality of Jessica. Not only was she late for my appointment, Jessica was discourteous. Don't accept clients if you can't be professional and punctual. Midtown Nutritionist owners should be aware that she sent me a text the evening before the appointment, to which I replied, "we can postpone if you are going to be late."
