My husband emailed multiple times asking if they accept WCB claims and never received a response. Every phone call went straight to voicemail. I went to the clinic in person to ask and waited over 30 minutes with no one at the front desk. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. The communication is nonexistent, and the clinic appears to have serious staffing and management issues. Extremely unprofessional experience.
Midtown massage has excellent massage therapists. I love coming here I always get great service here. Jillian is a great RMT, I always feel refreshed after a treatment. I recommend them to all my family and friends it’s the only place I choose to go for a massage.
