Grant B. was our closing attorney and was fantastic to work with and was really wonderful overall. The closing paperwork process with Denean was a total nightmare. Had one ALTA that was apparently wrong (that we all signed) then find out late on a Friday afternoon, nope, not correct, didn't calculate $ due to our RE agent, and had to go thru a bunch of hoops to wire the funds not taken from the original wire.
