Tried setting an appointment and the receptionist was rude and in such a rush she wasn’t getting any details right and eventually hung up. Going elsewhere. Don’t go here.
Their policies in store are completely misaligned from what they listed on Groupon. Instead of owning up and rectifying that, the receptionist was unkind, unaccommodating, and short. I would've never gone through the hassle of dealing with this place and going through the unpleasant experience (also asking for a groupon refund) if they would've just put up accurate information in the first place.
I brought my sister here for the 80-minute couples massage with champagne and a facial and it was such a wonderful experience. Yasmin at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the whole experience was lovely overall. I had Lali and was amazed at her skills. I lift a lot of heavy things and am on my feet a lot at work, and she just completely relaxed all the knots in my back and neck. Will definitely be coming back!

I purchased the luxury couple’s spa day package as a gift for my birthday. And unfortunately this experience was far from luxurious or relaxing. The front desk representative whose original name is Yasmin lied and stated her name was Yana once I informed her I was unhappy with my experience.
