Truck/Tractor #355, Trailer #221 at approximately 7:15-7:20 am was speeding on I-35 going south!!! I was in the center lane, this driver was in the right slow lane but was speeding well above the posted limit of 50, he almost had a collision with another truck driver who signaled to get over but he wouldn’t let him in!
