My husband and I have been members of this Credit Union 25+ years. The staff is very pleasant however, banking privacy was never in question until today. I called the office to gain access to virtual banking! Anna provided the last 4 digits of social security and home address, instead of asking me to verify the information to what she has on record. they were extremely rude and hostile they also denied me service and judged me from the second i walked in they were staring at me and made multiple smart remarks about my appearance if i can give zero stars i would’ve 0/100 wouldn’t recommend to anyone nobody should be treated this way

I was at the branch today to handle an issue with my debit card. Ms. Charlene was very helpful in explaining what the issue may have been. I remembered that someone tried to reach out to me during work hours about a suspected fraud issue with my joint account, but I forgot to call them back when I was able to. I acknowledged my fault, and inquired what I should do to correct this. She asked a Hispanic coworker, who is always very curt and sarcastic in her responses. This place is starting to be an issue . When I first asked if I had the chance to freeze my account once i put in a bigger sum of money. They said no. Now constantly my card is being locked without my permission or knowing& I keep freaking getting stranded EVERYTIME IT HAPPENS, because I lyft everywhere ☺️. Stranded in class , THANKS . Now I won’t know how I’m getting to class and work Tmm until I call them back and have them DOUBLE CHECK if my card has been unblocked AGAIN.

They have the worst customer service. After being told by my bank that they were a Co-op i was very excited as I’m a navy federal credit Union member! I walked in and was greeted like they didn’t want to talk. The attitude was so unneeded i didn’t bother using the atm to load my money! Never again.
