Plastic container with a lid arrived with the lid missing, books (including autographed and a personal publication) were ruined. Armoire had pieces snapped off the top, wardrobe boxes smashed, new containers arrived with dirty lids as if they sat outside. Lane cedar chest, lid now warped lid there's more. I have photos. The price went up after we had moved and the unauthorized $2,400 was charged on my charge card. The movers were two men and a Penske truck. Before you contract with this moving company I urge you to read all the reviews on the Better Business Bureau. We used them for an out of state move and storage. Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional movers were sent that the owner told us she later fired. We had extensive damage totally more than $27,000 because of the unprofessional way they packed our belongings and loaded our furniture. Would not give them one star.

Our personal belongings were stolen and damaged during the process of this company moving us from Byhalia, MS to Hernando, MS. We hired Midsouth Moving and Storage to move us from Byhalia, MS to Hernando, MS. The move started on January 3, 2021. Our new home was not ready at the time we started moving, so our items were put into storage by the company. From the time I first called until when the last pieces came off the truck, it was a compelling professional move from Memphis to Florida. If absolutely recommended therm for your next move over any of the big companies.

Karen took great care of me, working with my tight schedule made tighter by a week of bad weather. My 2 guys got on site, packed the pods in record time with great care and a good eye for making it all fit in the space I had. I highly recommend you call Mid-South if you need anything packed, moved, unpacked!
