I have been a generator customer since earlier this year when I found out my original generator company really didn't have the ability to directly service my Kohler since they dropped the line. Midsouth Generators has provided me with excellent , and as importantly, honest service since. Communications and work performed are customer focused. Thank you
Overall experience good. Every time in the past 2 years we have a power outage I am reminded how nice a backup generator is.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by MidSouth Generators. I paid $962.00 on February 2, 2025, for my generator’s annual maintenance, expecting it to function properly when needed. However, during a recent power outage, the generator failed to turn on. This was not the first time I experienced an issue. MIDSOUTH Generators worked with my electricians to install a new Koehler system. The young tech ran into some problems, but he stuck with it and when he needed help his teammates were quick to come out and lend a hand. It took a little longer in todays overly hot weather, but they got it done and showed me how to maintain it. They also offer a plan for yearly service I’ll be taking advantage of. No more weeks without power for me!!! Thank you.
Replaced my generator after it failed after 20 hrs. No problem at all and the techs were top notch.
