Mom installed a whole house generator w Midsouth. Mom lives in Oxford and I helped her through the whole process of getting quotes to start up. Midsouth did an exceptional job w coordination and communications throughout the whole process. Shout out to Jeff, Stacy, Brook and Jacob as they treated us like family. Highly recommend!!

I have been a generator customer since earlier this year when I found out my original generator company really didn't have the ability to directly service my Kohler since they dropped the line. Midsouth Generators has provided me with excellent , and as importantly, honest service since. Communications and work performed are customer focused. Thank you

Overall experience good. Every time in the past 2 years we have a power outage I am reminded how nice a backup generator is.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by MidSouth Generators. I paid $962.00 on February 2, 2025, for my generator’s annual maintenance, expecting it to function properly when needed. However, during a recent power outage, the generator failed to turn on. This was not the first time I experienced an issue. The last service was done by the same company in March 2024, yet my generator did not work during a winter outage when I was without power for three days in extreme cold. MIDSOUTH Generators worked with my electricians to install a new Koehler system. The young tech ran into some problems, but he stuck with it and when he needed help his teammates were quick to come out and lend a hand. It took a little longer in todays overly hot weather, but they got it done and showed me how to maintain it. They also offer a plan for yearly service I’ll be taking advantage of. No more weeks without power for me!!! Thank you.
